The Cultural Arts Village's landmark is a commanding 20-foot entrance way sculpture created out of stainless steel by sculpture artist Frank Ledbetter. The piece includes hundreds of puzzle-like pieces that create interest and texture and is one of a few public art installations in Destin, Fla.

The master site plan for the Cultural Arts Village encompasses additional phases:
Phase II - A Mixed Use Building to house administrative offices, student art labs, educational classrooms, gallery and meeting space, a sculpture garden and a 350-seat "Black-Box" theater.
Phase III - An Artist Village to provide a serene, productive environment for artist residency programs. Artist housing and dedicated spaces will inspire creativity and encourage artists to share their processes and methods of producing art with the public.
