Experience the value in giving!

The Arts can’t flourish on imagination alone!

The Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation relies on a combination of funding through annual membership dues, memorial donations, event sponsorships, ticket income, grants and gifts. The season of events and educational programs grow in direct proportion to membership and other sources of contributed income. Stock transfers are acceptable forms of contributions to avoid capital gains and benefit the Arts. Contributions can be designated to support specific events and programs.

Event & Program Sponsorships

Corporate sponsorships are available to help underwrite cultural events and education programs at various levels of support. Corporate sponsors enjoy many benefits including advertising, promotion, tickets to events and public recognition for their community support.  For specific sponsorship levels and corresponding benefits, contact Marcia Hull at 850-650-2226 or marcia@mattiekellyartsfoundation.org

Volunteer Opportunities

The Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation requires over 300 community volunteers annually to successfully present its annual season of events. Volunteer opportunities range from administrative, publicity, membership to special events. For a Volunteer Profile Form, contact Deb Nissley at 850-650-2226 or deb@mattiekellyartsfoundation.org.

Capital Campaign

In 2008, the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation was awarded a $1 million dollar challenge grant from a family foundation for Phase One of The Amphitheater & The Village Green. For every dollar donated to the capital campaign, it will be matched dollar for dollar. Pledge your support today!

The total funding estimate of project costs for Phase One-Amphitheatre and The Village Green has been reduced from $5 million to $4 million!  Funding will be developed through the generosity and far-sightedness of some of the area's most caring benefactors challenged and encouraged by the gift of Mattie Kelly.  The facility will usher in a new decade of artistic opportunities in the Destin area and has the potential to become a cultural magnet for all of Northwest Florida.

In addition to its educational, entertainment and inspirational value to residents and visitors, the Cultural Arts Village will have a dramatic and  ongoing impact on the region's economy.  The Foundation has every reason to expect a substantial and diect economic impact for the greater Destin area that will extend beyond local boundaries into other regions of the state.  The project will result in direct spending during construction, temporary and permanent job creation, direct spending by local and out-of-the-area visitors and annual oeprating expenditures once the Cultural Arts Village is complete.
